NOW........SUDDENLY LET ALL MUSCLES GO AND TOTALLY RELAX.
You will notice an overpowering sense of relaxation sweep over your body.
The chances are the next thing you will know is that it is daylight! You have slept the night away.
Individuals who have been experiencing sleep problems usually have considerable success with the above method.
The feeling you experience the moment you un-clench your muscles is that of relaxed Alpha.
And this is where we developed the process even further.
It was obvious that this exercise produced an abundance of Alpha waves in the brain and we set out to harness this to create a controlled mind-awake-body-asleep dual Alpha-Beta state.
The process we evolved is as follows:
Start off by having a brief warm shower to remove skin irritants that might cause you to itch and thereby distract you from the mental focus required. There is nothing worse than having to scratch an itch when you are half way down into Alpha because basically this wakes you right up and you have to start all over again.
Then sit in a reclining chair, not a straight-back one. You can lie on a bed but this is not recommended as initially you might be inclined to fall asleep. You need to place yourself in a comfortable situation...... but not too comfortable.
Now do the same exercise described before by clenching all your muscles.....except while doing this you keep repeating to yourself.... “I will drop to Alpha while maintaining conscious awareness”.
It is vitally important you keep repeating this while your muscles are clenched.
The moment you un-clench your muscles say to yourself ........ “I will maintain this Alpha state while staying consciously aware.”
Actually the wording is not too important here.... only the intent of the message so you can re-word the messages to suit yourself.
What you are doing is giving your mind specific instructions to maintain an awareness state while rapidly descending to Alpha.
You may have to practice this program several times to get it operating properly. One of my staff members took a full week to make it work for her while a couple of the others had success on their first try.
Another staff member claimed it helped him win on the slot machines in the local casino. As we discovered in a different set of experiments luck is actually an individual’s psychokinetic resonance with their environment and it became clearly obvious that the same individual’s subconscious mind controlled this resonance..... in other words.... their luck!
This staff member occasionally had the feeling that the slot machines wanted to pay out but he felt he was too tensed so when nobody was looking he would briefly clench all his muscles for 15 seconds or so then let go. He reported that the wave of relaxation that swept over him sometimes caused the machines to react quite positively. Apparently his luck level picked up significantly by doing this and he had a number of wins of several thousand dollars.
Once you have achieved this dual mind state you can use it to enhance your life by giving yourself positive suggestions regarding health, wealth, problem solving and happiness.
